Americans Are Satisfied With Most Computer Brands, But Apple is Still #1 🍎

This graphic ranks the top computer brands in 2024 by customer satisfaction, based on data from the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI). 

The ACSI measures customer satisfaction in a variety of industries, based on a 3 question survey. Brands receive a score between 0 and 100, with 100 being the best possible score. 

Apple leaves Samsung behind

• In 2023, Apple and Samsung were tied with a score of 83
• This year, Apple has improved its score to 85 while Samsung has fallen to 82
• Apple rolled out its new M4 chip this year, which can be found in the latest iMac, MacBook Pro, and Mac mini

HP climbed the most

• HP improved the most from 2023, and is now in the #2 spot
• The brand has received recognition for its Spectre x360 2-in-1 laptops which work as both a traditional laptop and a touchscreen tablet.
