In September and October 2024, Taiwan’s exports of integrated circuits and data processing units to the U.S. dropped by 39%, falling from an average of $6.54 billion in July and August to $4.00 billion. Meanwhile, exports to China and HongKong increased by 24%, rising from an average of $7.31 billion to $9.04 billion.
