📈 U.S. House Prices Exceed Euro Area by 59% Compared to Early 2010s

Since 2013, U.S. house prices have consistently exceeded those in the Euro Area. From the early 2010s to the first quarter of 2024, U.S. house prices were 59% higher than in the Euro Area. Both in the short and long term, U.S. house prices have grown more rapidly than Euro Area prices.
