The Silent Pandemic: Nearly half of Germans frequently feel burned out

Our new study with BuchhaltungsButler reveals: Burnout is the silent pandemic in the workplace.
Almost half of German employees feel burned out by their jobs – with women being particularly affected. 38% of them experience stress symptoms such as anxiety, headaches, or insomnia multiple times a week.
Despite sufficient vacation time and sleep, stress levels remain high. The reason: the boundaries between work and personal life are increasingly blurred. One-third regularly checks work emails in the evening, and 24% even work during their vacations.
