This graphic ranks the top airlines in 2024 by customer satisfaction, based on data from the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI). 

The ACSI measures customer satisfaction for a variety of goods & services, based on a 3 question survey. Brands receive a score between 0 and 100, with 100 being the best possible score. 

Tough year for United Airlines

United was the only airline that saw its score decrease from 2023. 

The airline was regularly in the news this past year for various safety incidents, including on March 7, when a tire fell of its Boeing 777-200 and landed in the parking lot of LAX.
